Using silicone modified acrylate emulsion
and fluorine¨Ccontaining emulsion as binder, TiO2 and solid
pottery pearl and hollow glass pearl as functional fillings, a
heat-insulating paint has been developed. The results indicate
that when the ratio of silicone modified acrylate emulsion and
fluorine¨Ccontaining emulsion is 90 /10 (m/m), the contents of
functional fillings are 7.0wt%, and the total pigment volume
concentration (PVC) is 25-35%, high performance heat reflective
coatings with contamination resistant and weather resistant can
be obtained. The mechanism of functional fillings and major
factors influencing the fluorine¨Ccontaining emulsion transfer
during the film-forming process were also investigated. |
